This isn’t Your Ordinary Microneedling

Ever heard of the “Vampire Facial” or the “Penis Facial”? If not, well, to put it simply; one draws your own blood and smears the platelets all over your face and the other utilizes a special serum containing cells from circumcised baby foreskin and then that gets rubbed all over your face. May sound weird, maybe a little too weird, but the results are undeniable!

We’ve scoured the earth to find a results-based solution without having to make you bleed your own blood or pick a peck of pickled peckers, and WE FOUND IT!

Stem-Cell Cytokines Infusion with the one and only

Only one type of stem cell produces the correct healing signals and drastically reduces inflammation, and that is the bone marrow stem cell.

These isolated cells or biosignals (Stem Cytokines) are needed for your skin to heal and recover while building a stronger collagen bond. The bone marrow stem cells used to cultivate these biosignals and growth factors are ethically sourced from healthy adult donors and are processed in a state of the art laboratory environment, along with meticulous safeguards and quality check standards. The end result is a cell-free serum packed with skin healing, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging growth factors.

What to Expect

The SkinPen microneedling device causes controlled micro-injuries that stimulate the body’s natural wound healing process. The micro-injuries trigger the release of cytokines and growth factors that lead to the remodeling of collagen and elastin ie: collagen induction therapy or CIT.

  • Phase I: Inflammation. Piercing the skin triggers your immune system to disinfect the wounds, remove debris, increase blood flow and begin to create new tissue.
  • Phase II: Proliferation. The wound is re-built with new granulation cells, as well as a temporary (type III) collagen and elastin, which are part of the extracellular matrix. Additionally, a new network of blood vessels develops.
  • Phase III: Remodeling. The wound has been replaced with new dermal tissues and blood vessels. The type III collagen in the newly formed tissue is replaced with stronger type I collagen, which can contract to create a tightening or “shrink wrap” effect on the skin.

Immediately after the treatment, your skin will have an even erythema (reddening) and feel extremely tight, similar to a sun burn. You will be instructed on how to continue the AnteAGE Stem Cytokines Infusion while the micro-channels are open for the next 18 hours, and provided thorough aftercare instructions for the next 3 days. You will want to avoid direct sun exposure, makeup, exfoliation and active ingredients for 3 days following your CIT treatment.

The MicroNeedling treatment allows for controlled induction of growth factor serums, or hyaluronic acid, into the skins self-repair process by creating micro injuries in the skin. As safe as this skin needling treatment is, it is not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing.

It is not recommended to have micro needling until at least 2 weeks after Botox and 4 weeks after a filler like Juvederm. There is not a health risk doing a needle pen treatment earlier but it could have an effect on how the botox and filler work.
