Cancellation Policy

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for no call no show's. As an appointment based service business, last minute cancellations and no shows greatly affect our small business, our employees, and other people wanting to schedule with us. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. If we receive do not receive this courtesy, a fee $50.00 will be assessed. If you no show to your appointment, you will be charged full price for the service you booked, no exceptions. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so through the confirmation and reminder texts our system sends. Schedule an Appointment

You will receive an email and text confirmation once your appointment is approved. Please be sure you receive the confirmation or that means your request was not properly submitted.

Appointment reminders

You will receive a text message reminder 3 days before and 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the time slot can not be held for you.
